Beginner Bird Walk

This walk will help beginners with the basics to start bird watching. If participants have binoculars or a birding field guide, they should bring them. Although this walk might go slower than other walks, any level of birder is welcome. Just 25 minutes north of Morgantown, this park has mostly level and well-maintained trails. With woods and fields, participants can expect to see a variety of birds. Meet at the trailhead parking lot, about one-tenth of a mile from the entrance on the right. Leader: Jane Clark.
